Shiraz Cabernet NON 2014


A blending of these two popular grape varietals produce a very full
bodied, tannic, rich, and long-lived wine. A soft, easy drinking blend displaying a fine balance of Shiraz and Cabernet grapes with subtle oak maturation.

Rich up front with soft, silky tannins.

Our Shiraz (Petit Sirah) Cabernet blend reveals shades of deep purple
in the sunlight and is enriched with intense tannins. Spicy herbal nose with cherry and vanilla undertones.

Pair with:
- Cajun dishes
- Spicy barbeques.

Pinot Noir wine is produced from red grapes but it is much lighter in color than other red wines. It is one of the oldest varieties cultivated by man. On Pelee Island it thrives in a micro climate that enjoys the longest growing season with the greatest amount of heat units in Canada

Medium ruby red colour. Perfumed with aromas of leather and tobacco. Flavours are reminiscent of raspberry and sour cherries.

Pair with:
- Grilled or roasted red meat
- Roast pork
- Atlantic salmon.

Serve at room temperature.

Each autumn Pelee Island and Point Pelee are home to thousands of
migrating Monarch butterflies. Their journey ends some 3000 km south, high in the mountains of Central Mexico. The mystery of this journey is: “If no Monarch makes the entire trip, how do they know where to go?”

Pale yellow in color. This sweet, honey rich, apricot flavoured dessert
wine is mouth filing and delicious. A delightful bouquet of sweet peach, pear and citrus with a note of honey.

Our pavilion is the hub of activity on the island during the Spring, Summer and Fall. Join us for an interactive wine tour, wine tasting at our tasting bar and browse our gift shop where you can purchase unique items including gift baskets ready to go or custom made.
