Brut Tradition Premier cru

Tradition is the perfect name for the classic marriage of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, which are blended here to achieve a cuvée full of roundness. A straw-yellow colour, with an assertive attack. The palate is full, fleshy, harmonious and very expressive.

Extra Brut Blanc de blancs Premier cru

With its low dosage, extra brut is the most demanding of champagnes, requiring exceptional base wines. Straw-gold in colour, its lemony nose opens up to a firm and untamed palate. A true Chardonnay with bold flavour.

100% Chardonnay
Aged on the lees for 2 to 3 years.

Brut Rosé Grand Cru

Made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes grown on Grand Cru parcels in Ambonnay this rosé, produced by the saignée method, is completely different in style from the Premier Cru Rosé. A ruby coloured wine, it displays complex, powerful aromas of red fruits and tropical fruits on the nose. The palate is well-structured, frank and delicate, and the aromas present on the nose are echoed on the finish. Its strength and finesse make this rosé an excellent wine to drink with a meal; it is perfect with light meat dishes and desserts.

100% Pinot noir d'Ambonnay Grand Cru
2002 vintage base wine
The black grapes undergo a short period of maceration
Dosage : 1.25%.
