I Masi Trentini

Grape variety
Sauvignon blanc, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer and Rhine Riesling.

Production area
Maso Toresella on the shores of Lake Toblino (7), near Lake Garda.

Straw yellow colour with hints of pale green. Complex and elegant bouquet with slightly spicy notes (sage) that combine well with the fruity notes of fresh citrus, peach and ripe pineapple. Good texture and appealing, mineral palate.

Matching with food
This wine pairs well with seafood appetizers (including raw seafood), first courses with vegetable sauces and white meats with tomato and olive sauce.

Maso Toresella Chardonnay Trentino DOC

Grape variety
100% Chardonnay.

Production area
Maso Toresella on the shores of Toblino lake (7), near Lake Garda.

Pale gold yellow; it reveals notes of exotic fruits on the nose. Scents of vanilla and candied citrus are prevailing with aging.
Dry, with a good acidity on the palate, smooth and velvety with a long finish.

Matching with food
Risotto, swordfish, beef carpaccio.

Marzemino (limited production).

Production area
Production area: The Maso Romani vineyards, located in the area around Volano in Vallagarina valley (2).

Deep ruby red, not particularly intense, with violet tinges.
Fine bouquet of violets and fruits. Balanced on the palate, with a good structure and a fresh and long-lasting persistence.

Matching with food
Savoury dishes (even with mushrooms), roasted or braised poultry.

Cavit (Italian acronym of Cantina Viticoltori del Trentino – Trentino Grape Growers’s Cellar) is a cooperative group uniting 10 Cellars of Trentino with overall 4,500 associated grape growers.
Today Cavit gathers, inspects and selects the wine produced in the associated cellars, supervising each phase: from refining to bottling, all within respect of the environment.
Cavit collaborates with the renowned Agricultural Institute of San Michele all’Adige (Edmund Mach Foundation), which trains the most qualified technicians, as well as with other national oenological research centres.
The result is a quality which is being constantly praised in Italy and abroad.
