Botrytis is “noble rot” that dehydrates grapes and concentrates its sugars, producing unique aromas and honeyed fruit flavors. The mold was the inspiration for the name of this unique wine.
BOTRIS is a new cuvée made from two different varieties Furmint and Lipovina Trockenbeerenauslese, where must was blended 50 : 50 to ferment together create beautifully-balanced wine. The wine is a combination of sugars, acidity, minerality and freshness. This wine is intended primarily for export.
