, Welcome to the final stages of preparing for your trade fair – in about six weeks’ time, you will be receiving guests at ProWein 2023. We are therefore sharing a few more tips and deadlines today that are important for your participation in the fair. Please note that a late-order surcharge of 35% will be applied to orders for technical services received after 21 February 2023. Please also bear in mind that, due to current world events and the resultant overall market situation, stand construction capacities are limited this year.
We therefore urgently request that you order this service promptly so that we can guarantee its provision. Here is an overview of our stand construction concepts. See you in Düsseldorf soon – we look forward to meeting you there!

Admission Vouchers
|
|
If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes and invite them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code.

PLEASE NOTE and inform your customers about the following changes:
• Admission vouchers can only be redeemed in the ProWein online ticket shop. An on-site redemption will not be possible. Important: Don't forget your bus and train ticket.
Free travel to and from events at the Düsseldorf venue by local public transport, which was previously included in admission tickets, will no longer be possible since January 2022, a ticket must be purchased. For more information, visit www.prowein.com/2772. Travelling by train

Digital Exhibitor Passes
|
|
Our exhibitor passes are available digitally. The passes offer many benefits to make your trade fair experience easier. You will automatically receive your free exhibitor voucher code by e-mail and distribute them to your employees. They can easily redeem the codes online. If the free codes are not enough, you can still buy exhibitor voucher codes in the online order system until the last day of the fair.

Glass & Ice Service
|
|
Our partner Boels provides you with the desired amount of glasses for the duration of the trade show. The glasses will be cleaned in state-of-the-art dishwashing machines onsite. Any used glasses will be exchanged for clean glasses several times a day. Also available: Ice in any quantity you like. It comes in 5 kg thermo boxes and will be delivered two times each day.

Security
|
|
Here’s how to be ideally prepared for any risk: with accident and liability insurance for your employees, and exhibition insurance for your stand and exhibits. Hedge your bets in the night hours as well – get technical coverage for your stand, or have it monitored by security guards. And always keep an eye on your valuable stand equipment.

Go for high-performance & safe access: book your wireless Internet access direct, only from Messe Düsseldorf. There is only one official WiFi supplier – our partner Deutsche Telekom. The new “Business-HOTSPOT” products offer you all possibilities. Please note: operating your own Access Points / WiFi routers at the Exhibition Centre is not permitted. Installation of this kind by exhibitors or third parties is not authorised by Messe Düsseldorf.

The iconic U.S. market is constantly evolving after a tumultuous series of years. Learn about how their methods of selecting what to import have changed. The panel will be hosted by the media group’s illustrious new Tasting Director, Anna Christina Cabrales.
