Welcome to up!date 02 for ProWein 2023.

You can now secure your admission vouchers. The tickets bearing your hall and stand number give your guests free admission to ProWein and will guide them directly to you.

Did you know that, as an exhibitor at ProWein, you can reserve a parking space on the exhibition grounds? Be sure to order your parking permit early as space is limited.

Messe Düsseldorf is taking a short winter break: we will be closed from 23 December to 1 January. We wish you a merry Christmas and a happy, healthy and successful new year. We will be here for you again from 2 January 2023.

Admission Vouchers

If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes and invite them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code.

PLEASE NOTE and inform your customers about the following changes:
• Admission vouchers can only be redeemed in the ProWein online ticket shop. An on-site redemption will not be possible.

Important: Don't forget your bus and train ticket.
Free travel to and from events at the Düsseldorf venue by local public transport, which was previously included in admission tickets, will no longer be possible since January 2022, a ticket must be purchased. For more information, visit www.prowein.com/2772.

For long-distance travel, the Deutsche Bahn event ticket is an inexpensive and simple alternative.

ProWein goes City - WILL YOU GO WITH US?

More ProWein after ProWein? No problem - "ProWein goes City" is the name of the format that offers special tastings and tasting menus for wine lovers in numerous locations from 6 pm. The spectrum ranges from a high-class event to a bottle party in a casual atmosphere. All information on the evening events, where you can expect interesting discussion partners, can be found at:

Limited Stand Construction Capacities This Year

Due to the current world affairs and the resulting overall market situation, capacities in the area of stand construction are limited this year. For this reason, we would like to ask you to place orders for stand construction as soon as possible. Unfortunately. We can only guarantee implementation if we receive orders early in advance.

Glass & Ice Service

Our partner Boels provides you with the desired amount of glasses for the duration of the trade show. The glasses will be cleaned in state-of-the-art dishwashing machines onsite. Any used glasses will be exchanged for clean glasses several times a day. Also available: Ice in any quantity you like. It comes in 5 kg thermo boxes and will be delivered two times each day.

Digitization of Parking Permits

Our new service for you: From now on, you will receive your parking cards exclusively digitally – and no longer by post.

You can easily download your parking cards as a PDF via the Online Order System (OOS), forward them and print them out. Reserve a trade fair parking spot online.

Traffic Regulations

This allows you to inform your suppliers in plenty of time. Please familiarize yourself with the traffic regulations on the exhibition grounds. You will find out when you may access the grounds, which trucks are allowed to enter and how the Düsseldorf environmental zone is controlled.

Advertising on the Exhibition Grounds

Place your message where everyone will see it, for example in entryways, footbridges, or on an escalator handrail. Customers love to be surprised. And there is plenty of room for your ideas: on billboards, city light posters, paper towel dispensers and much more. It’s best to order now – the best spots are extremely popular. The order deadline is 20 February 2023.

Fraud Alert!

We are currently seeing an increasing number of fake invoices being sent out to exhibitors. These invoices aim to give the impression of being connected with your trade fair participation and use the logos and trademarks of Messe Düsseldorf and/or its partners for this purpose.

Please only pay invoices that you can clearly attribute to an order you have placed with Messe Düsseldorf or our partners (customer number) and compare bank details with the accounts of Messe Düsseldorf (www.messe-duesseldorf.de).

All invoices issued by Messe Düsseldorf are deposited in your OOS account.
In your OOS account you have the possibility to check the correctness of the invoices at any time.
