We develop and produce premium spirits in small batches and 100% handcrafted. With our passion for developing completely new recipes and for the craft of distilling, we consistently pursue our goal of creating outstanding spirits - unique, innovative products of uncompromising quality.

Quality does not come about by chance, but requires careful planning and begins with the selection of hand-picked, high-quality and natural raw materials, predominantly in organic quality. In this way we create the basis to live up to our claim. Our extraordinary distillates are intended to create moments of pleasure that awaken memories of past taste experiences and shape new ones.

PIONEER IN THE DECLARATION OF NUTRITIONAL VALUES

The increasing desire of consumers to know the composition of food does not stop at spirits. And so the spirits industry has now voluntarily committed itself to making the nutritional information and the list of ingredients gradually available online for new labels via a code that can be read by cell phone, for example.

Deutsche Spirituosen Manufaktur is going a little further here. As part of a redesign of its product labels, it is joining the pioneers in terms of transparency of the ingredients of its products and is displaying the nutritional information and the list of ingredients directly on its products.

Why did you choose "same but different" and not the hall with classic spirits?

DSM impresses with its product diversity, enthusiasm for experimentation and the associated development expertise. Our high product quality is achieved by using only the best raw materials. The consistent renunciation of the addition of industrial flavors, colorants and sugar (except in our liqueurs) is the credo of our manufactory.

Why should the visitor visit you on the same but different?

In addition to the classic eaux-de-vie, distilled spirits and liqueurs, DSM has a wide range of unique spirits in its portfolio. Anyone looking for new ideas for the bar, kitchen or their commercial or private customers will find unimagined inspiration with us.

In which product do you see a future trend?

We see a clear trend towards honestly produced high-quality products without artificial additives. DSM spirits such as our distilled spirits of blood orange, hazelnut, raspberry, autumn leaves or mountain meadow hay set standards in this respect. We also make this transparent for our customers through our new declaration of ingredients on our labels, which goes beyond the current legal requirements.

After Dinner Cocktail „Platinum Cadillac“

2cl DSM Distillate N° 125 Tarocco Blood Orange
2cl Crème de Cacao (white)
2cl blood orange juice
2cl sugar syrup
2cl cream


Shake all ingredients with ice cubes in a shaker, strain into chilled cocktail bowl and serve garnished with chocolate shavings.
