BITE Anaperitivo is the World’s first Organic Alcohol Free Spirit and World’s first Zero Waste Alcohol Free Spirit. It is the flagship product of our selection. Anaperitivo is made from Single farm, organic Grenache grape most combined with Juniper, Wormwood, Oregano and Chamomile. It has a distinct Bitter-sweet and Herbal taste with dry finish. Its taste most familiarly resembles spirits like Campari, or Red Vermouth, or a cocktail Negroni. Perfect serve of Anaperitivo is as a Alcohol Free Bitter Spritz, Sbagliato, Garibaldi, or Alcohol Free Negroni with Gin alternative. All BITE products are produced in our own manufacturing plant since 2019 and in 2022 we turned all bi-product of Anaperitivo into fermented alcohol free still kombucha boosting BITE Alcohol free offering.
