ProWein is open to trade visitors exclusively. Only credentialed trade visitors are admitted. We hope you understand that we are not able to admit end users.

Accepted Industries - Necessary Evidences
In order to be able to register as a trade visitor, you must be working in one of the business sectors listed below. You must also provide a piece of evidence listed below.

Beverage pick-up markets
Organic shops/organic supermarkets
Duty Free Shop
Mail order/online trade for wine, sparkling wine, spirits
Wholesale for wine, sparkling wine, spirits
Import/export of wine, sparkling wine and spirits
Agents for wine, sparkling wine and spirits
Catering trade
Hotel business
Pupils/students of technical schools or technical academies of the wine industry
Trade associations and institutions
Acceptable proof of industry affiliation
The following credentials are accepted:
Self-employed persons Business licence, excerpt from the commercial register, written confirmation from the tax authority
Employees Employment contract (1 page), current salary and earnings statement (please black out your salary)
College students Report card from vocational college, written confirmation from the college, valid student ID, Matriculation certificate

Once you have all required information on hand, you may register online.
Please note: Completing the online form alone does not automatically qualify you to visit ProWein.
After registration and successful verification of your details, you will be included in our trade visitor database and can purchase eTickets or redeem vouchers. The assessment of your documents can take up to 48 hours.
