ProWein 2022 - Confirmation of receipt of application

We thank you for your binding registration for ProWein 2022. We hereby acknowledge receipt of your registration form. Furthermore you have reserved a complete System Stand.

From August 2021 we will provide you with a stand proposal if a surface is available (except options A+B). The admission documents including a hall layout plan will be send out from October. The Online Order System (OOS) will then be available online.

At ProWein 2022, the maximum permitted stand height will be 6 metres.

Authorisation for suspended elements above the stand is at the discretion of Messe Düsseldorf's technical department, tel. +49 211 4560 500, E-Mail: TR-Service@messe-Duesseldorf.de on submission of stand construction plans.

We would ask for your understanding that when planning the halls we are not always able to provide you with the type or dimensions of stand you requested in your registration. Due to the high capacity utilisation within the halls in the last years we only have limited possibilities to increase stand spaces. We will, of course, take your requests into consideration wherever possible.
