The Organic approach is benefcial to all: wine makers, employees, consumers and citizens alike. Today, 10% of all French vineyards are farmed organically (5.800 estates). Organic production can apply to wines of all categories and colours. And the fgures are there to prove it… demand for organic wine is currently increasing by 20% per year!
