For main exhibitors at ProWein the minimum stand size is 9 sqm. Smaller stands by prior arrangement only. The prices are per square meter of floor space and do not include the statutory German sales tax.

Explanations

Technical Prepayment

An advance payment for these services (see clause 14 part B of the General Terms and Conditions) will be charged on the basis of the amount charged for the last event. Exhibitors who did not participate in the latest event shall have to make such advance payment in the amount of € 30.00 per square metre. After-fair settlement of accounts shall be based on services actually ordered.

Media Fee

The media fee to be paid by every exhibitor serves the publishing of the exhibitor data in the electronic media and possibly other media along with use of the event’s Internet page by the exhibitors.

Energy fee

The energy fee to be paid by every exhibitor is charged on top of the costs for electricity and other (technical) services to be borne by exhibitors for operating their exhibition stands and independent of consumption.

AUMA-Amount

An additional charge of € 0.60 per m² is levied as a contribution to the Confederation of German Trade Fair and Exhibition Industries (AUMA).

Waste-disposal fee during fairtime (EP)

Uniform flat rate exclusively for waste generated during the event. Maximum € 1,350.00 for space more than 499 m²

All prices for standard stand construction are relevant for row stands and corner stands only plus stand space. Different colours are available.
