The matchmaking tool helps exhibitors and visitors to get in touch easily. Contact suggestions are made by a match in interests. This makes it much easier to arrange appointments for personal and virtual meetings during the trade fair and thus increases the chance of valuable new contacts. What's new?

Personal Video Meetings/ instant video calls

Matchmaking users can meet in virtual video meetings (platform "Whereby"). This is a very good opportunity to have personal customer contacts and to build up trust. Virtual video meetings can be scheduled world-wide on 7 working days 16-18 March 2025 around the clock, thus in each case from 0:00 to 24:00 h CET.
Furthermore, matches who are online at the same time have the possibility to contact each other directly - without any appointment - via the instant video calls function. The matchmaking tool is still available for 1.5 months after the trade fair.

Teams functionality: the digital back office for exhibitors

Exhibitors have the option of coordinating all team activities via the so-called Teams function within the platform. This includes scheduling appointments for team members, maintaining the exhibitor profile, responding to the company chat and managing incoming team contact requests.

Matchmaking functions at a glance

1. AI networking

Matching contacts are suggested by the matchmaking tool, based on matches in preferences and profile. You can show interest with a click, i.e. network, or skip the contact suggestion. By the way: The self-learning AI in the tool recognizes your preferences better with each use and thus gradually suggests more and more relevant contacts.


2. Interested in me

View who is interested in you, i.e. who has clicked the "Show interest" button.

Chat with these people using the chat function or have them write to you. You will be notified by the system when there is a message.

3. Search more efficiently with filters

Find suitable contacts among the matchmaking participants, selecting status, location, company, industry, etc.

4. Virtual Meetings

Meet visitors and exhibitors in the "virtual meeting room", organize a meeting and invite your new contacts from matchmaking to it. The virtual meeting room is a video conferencing function and is offered 24 hours a day during and shortly before/after the event. This allows you to also meet contacts from Asia or America at a time that suits you.

If you are an exhibitor representative using the matchmaking service and are also listed as a contact person in our exhibitor and product database, you will be identified there as a matchmaking participant.
