In 2004 Pascal Boissonneau proposed to change the use of the production Boissonneau and to work with a better respect of the environment. He began to produce in reasoned farming, but it was not enough and naturally he choose the organic farming production. In 2007 Boissonneau vineyard asked for the organic certification . Today 20 ha are certified , 40 ha in conversion and in 2014 the 75ha of the domain will be cultivated in organic farming.
