THE ROUTE USA PROGRAM MAKES IT EASIER FOR IMPORTERS TO FIND YOU BEFORE, DURING and AFTER the trade fair!
For the third time, ProWein – together with Wine Enthusiast Importer Connection - is offering the Route USA support program to exhibitors that are seeking their first representation in the U.S. or that already have a U.S importer and want to expand their business in the USA.
As a Route USA participant, you will be highlighted on our ProWein website with a special tag to make it easier for the U.S. importers to find and contact you.
How can I sign up for Route USA as an exhibitor?
To sign up, please enter your online company profile.
Choose Label "Participant Route USA" and fill in free of charge contact person, your product line / product information and a profile of your winery.
Please also indicate there in which U.S. States you are already represented. This information will be visible to the visitors on our website.
Taking part in Route USA at ProWein is free of charge.
Where can I order Route USA floor stickers?
If you want to alert American attendees during the show that you are a participant of Route USA, you can order an extra Route USA floor sticker.
The floor stickers are available on your Online Order System (OOS) under Order Forms and Marketing Services (D32). These services, including print, fixing or delivery and removal of the stickers will be charged with 25,00 € per sticker.
IMPORTANT: If you are exhibiting as part of a group stand and are interested in a floor sticker, please contact your group stand organizer.
Route USA – Blue: indicates that your products are not yet imported into the USA.
Route USA – Red: indicates that your products are already imported into the USA and are looking for new contacts.

Importer Connection (WEIC) which is a program to make the connection between U.S importers and producers easier. Producers who are not currently imported in the United States can submit their products to be reviewed by expert tasters. All qualifying wines will be published in the Wine Enthusiast Importer Connection searchable database and published in the Wine Enthusiast Importer Connection newsletter, sent out to a vast network of US wine buyers looking to expand their import portfolios.
While taking part in Route USA at ProWein is free of charge, submitting bottles for review to the Wine Enthusiast Importer Connection program has a submission fee of $370 per bottle. In order to be eligible for publication in the Wine Enthusiast Importer Connection February newsletter, all submissions must be received no later than Friday, November 17, 2017.
