THE ROUTE USA LABEL MAKES IT EASIER FOR IMPORTERS TO FIND YOU BEFORE, DURING and AFTER the trade fair!
Once again, ProWein is offering the Route USA support program to exhibitors that are seeking their first representation in the U.S. or that already have an U.S importer and want to expand their business in the USA.
As a Route USA participant, you will be highlighted on our ProWein website with a special label to make it easier for the U.S. attendees to find and contact you. If you already have an importer, indicate in which U.S. states you are represented to show U.S. attendees where they can find your wines.
Taking part in Route USA at ProWein is free of charge.
Log in with your email address and password (same login as for the OOS)
Click on “Complete your exhibitor profile” on the right bottom of the page
Afterwards, you can find the button “Add label”; choose “Participant Route USA” and click on “Save”.

New to the USA? – Take a further step!
In addition to the Route USA signage, we have also partnered with Wine Enthusiast Importer Connection (WEIC) which is a program to make the connection between U.S importers and producers easier.
Producers who are not currently imported in the United States can submit their products to be reviewed by expert tasters. All qualifying wines will be published in the Wine Enthusiast Importer Connection searchable database and published in the Wine Enthusiast Importer Connection newsletter, sent out to a vast network of US wine buyers looking to expand their import portfolios.
A selection of wines that receive a score of 90 points or higher from this year’s Importer Connection ratings will be featured at an Exclusive Wine Enthusiast Importer Connection event Sunday, March 17, 2019 on site at ProWein.
Submitting bottles to the WEIC program has a submission fee of $370 per bottle. In order to be eligible for this event and for the publication in the Wine Enthusiast Importer Connection February newsletter, all submissions must be received no later than Wednesday, December 19, 2019.
