New wine - OSSA

In the Serra D’Ossa (Ossa Mountains) grows a rare and endangered plant. The Portuguese Sundew (Drosophyllum lusitanicum), a carnivorous plant with unique characteristics, just like the wine it symbolizes.Blending 4 local grape varieties (Trincadeira, Moreto, Castelão and Aragonez), winemaker Joana Roque do Vale achieved ripped fruit aroma, finesse and elegance. An accessible wine, yet with character and complexity.
