RIPENESS & TIME
KAESKUCHE powered by Heinzelcheese
Time and ripeness play a critical role not just in wine, but in cheese as well. Enjoy homemade mountain cheese of breathtaking quality, at a level you might have never before experienced from a domestic product. Your guide will be Ursula Heinzelmann, self-declared wine and cheese nose, aka Heinzelcheese (publications credits include Vinum, Fine, Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung, Effilee). Discover for yourself how wonderfully well mature Allgäu cheese, from cow's and goat's milk, pairs with bone-dry 2008 Riesling, for instance. This tasting will provide you with new insights into the fascinating culinary facets of winegrowing Germany.
Due to limited seating – invitation only. Registration is required (firstname.lastname@example.org).
