The famous Paris Competition « Concours Général Agricole de Paris » was created in 1870 to select and award the best products of France. This competition, co-owned by The Agriculture and Food Ministry, asseses the quality of products.
Products are submitted to a jury of industry professionals, including producers, traders, distributors and consumers.
