Comano Ticino DOC Riserva
Comano wine comes from terraced hill vineyards, south/west facing at about 400 m above sea level in Comano. For these grapes winemaking was chosen the "Bordolese" method (from Bordeaux), a long storage and ageing (20 months) in "barrels" that give, after some years of ageing in the bottle, special and unmistakable taste and harmony to the wine. All the details for the proper conservation are a key focus. The production is about 500 gr per square meter.
