Sauvignon Daruvar is characterized by its delicate aroma interweaving varietal elder bouquets with exotic fruits aromas. Soft and round in flavour, it is a perfect match with goat cheese, ripe cow cheese, gilt-head bream or sea bass, hors-d’oeuvres from foie gras or pate, clam and sea fish specialties as well as veal meat.
This wine is straw-yellow in colour and distinguished by a deep fragrance from fruits and raisins and a hint of noble rot. Extracted, full bodied, creamy wine. Perfect with all desserts or served instead of a dessert.
