About us

Company details

From the heart of our underground cellar with vaulted ceilings, Bodegas Quiroga de Pablo creates a distinguished aging process by coupling a strong sense of family tradition with an innovative control of the wine production.

Our history of attention to detail gives a unique touch to our wines.

Our Winery

Bodegas Quiroga de Pablo is a family business in Azofra, a place with a long grape-growing and wine-making tradition, in the Rioja Alta sub-region.

Six generations of the family have grown grapes and made fine Rioja wine here.

The beginnings of the bodega can be seen in the “calado” an arched stone vat 8 to 10 metres below ground.

It was built centuries ago and is used to make and age wine to this day.

The most recent expansion took place in 2000, providing the bodega with the latest fine wine making technology.

All our grapes come from our own vineyards, an essential factor for harvesting at the moment of maximum quality.
