Piccabòn

VINO SPUMANTE BRUT MILLESIMATO OTTENUTO DA UVE VERMENTINO
Piccabòn is our sparkling wine obtained by Charmat method from 100% vermentino grapes.
It presents a pale yellow colour and a very fine and continuous perlage, the nose is characterized by fruity and mineral scents, typical of the grape and the terroir, fine mouth with traces of citrus fruits and salt and a long pleasant persistence. Excellent as aperitif and in pairing with fish dishes and raw food.

Spirito Libero rosso

SANGIOVESE DOC MAREMMA TOSCANA
Spirito Libero is our line of Wines with no added sulphites. The only quantity of sulphites effectively present in each bottle is the one naturally and spontaneously developped during the fermentation. Sulphites are additives employed for food preservation thanks to their antibacterial and ontioxidant activity. They can, however, cause intollerances and provoke negative effects on wine’s aroma and taste. That’s why we have started to look for a new production technology for making wine, combining tradition and innovation. Spirito Libero is the result of our accurate research.
Sangiovese 100% Spirito Libero offers a nose of red crunchy fruits, berries and aromatic herbs that integrate in mouth with minerality and sea salt. Fine tannins and long persistence make Spirito Libero a strong personality – wine. Suggested pairing: with meat sauces and wild game dishes.

About us

Company details

We are focused on indigenous grapes of Maremma such as Vermentino and Sangiovese, but we have not forgotten about other vines, which have found Maremma a great environment to express themselves, such as Syrah.
