A young wine from sandy soil containing 100% Monastrell. A fresh, very aromatic, intensely fruity and medium-bodied wine. It reflects the unique character of the Monastrell grape.
Winemaker’s Notes: It possesses a clear, bright pink. In nose abundant amounts of blackberry, strawberry, cherry fruit and summer garden flowers with some balsamic notes. On the mouth is fresh, juicy, and structured attack.
Food matching: Paella, salad, rice, pasta, grilled fish, vegetarian dishes.
Drinking temperature: 9°C/ 48°F
Winemaking: The grapes used to make the efe Rosado wine come from the bottom of the valley, with soils that are predominantly sandy.
It comes from the first harvest of the year. Machine grapes picked during the night. The fermentation is in water-cooled stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 18°C.
