Harvest Date From August 27th to September 16th

Fermentation 20% in cold maceration on skins, 80% direct pressing with controlling and monitoring of temperatures throughout the production process. Fermentation and repening in stainless steel vats

Bottled Straight from the cellar, with dates depending on the lunar calendar

Tasting Its colour is clear, light and with salmon coloured hues, the expressive and complex nose reveals fresh fruit aromas and a touch of citrus fruit. A well balanced wine with a full, well-rounded taste of white flower and fruit, wonderful freshness, long-lasting in the mouth

When to drink Ready to drink

Perfect with Courgettes stuffed with soft goat cheese, a roasted Saint-Jacques risotto, a peach crumble

Tasting Deep red colour with violet hues, a concentrated noise of spice and red fruit combinations, the taste reflects the powerful, structured fragrances, full and long lasting in the mouth, with a rich, aromatic intensity
