Tariri Red dry

VINTAGE: 2011

ORIGIN: Vayots Dzor and Armavir Regions

GRAPE: A blend of Areni 50% (Vayots Dzor), Cabernet Sauvignon 25% and Merlot 25% (Armavir)

HARVEST DATE: End September, beginning October

CLIMATE: Continental climate. Vineyards are situated at an altitude of 1.200 - 1.500 m a. s. l.

VITICULTURAL FACTS: Average of 6 tons / hectare of grapes production.

WINEMAKING: Hand harvested in small boxes. Last strict sorting on a selection table at the grapes reception. Two weeks alcoholic fermentation and maceration with temperature between 26 to 28C in stainless steel tank. Natural malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tank.

AGEING: 12 months in French oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES: Pepper nose, dense, powerful, with melted spices. Slice of quince. The palate is soft, with peach taste, vine, and quince. A Bordeaux style, fresh and elegant.

EXAMPLES OF SIDE DISHES: Filet of beef, pork tenderloin, gorgonzola.

IDEAL TEMPERATURE: Serve between 15 to 16°C

Armenia Brut Sparkling Wine

VINTAGE: 2014

ORIGIN: Armavir Region

GRAPE: Kangun

HARVEST DATE: End August, beginning September

CLIMATE: Continental climate. Vineyards are situated at an altitude of 1.000 meters above sea level.

VITICULTURAL FACTS: Average of 7 tons / hectare of grapes production.

WINEMAKING: Grapes are hand harvested, destemmed and crushed, then gently pressed in an inert atmosphere. The grape juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation is conducted in pressure tanks (autoclaves) during 45 days. Ready sparkling wine is bottled in pressure resistant bottles and corked.

TASTING NOTES: this sparkling wine has a greenish hue color and thin bubbles. It is well balanced with citrus freshness and notes of pear and nuts.

EXAMPLES OF SIDE DISHES: Chicken with Creole, Trout with almonds, Salmon Steak

IDEAL TEMPERATURE: Serve between 5°C to 8°C

GRAPE: a blend of Kangun 95% and Rikatsiteli 5%

HARVEST DATE: Mid - September

CLIMATE: Continental climate. Vineyards are situated at an altitude of 1.000 meters above sea level.

VITICULTURAL FACTS: Average of 7 tons / hectare of grapes production.

WINEMAKING: Hand harvested. Grapes are destemmed and crushed. Strict sorting on a selection table at the grapes reception. Soft pneumatic pressing with inert gas. 12 hours cold settling. Three weeks alcoholic fermentation with temperature between 14˚C to 16˚C in stainless steel tank.

TASTING NOTES: Subtle aroma of quince and yellow fruits, clearly expresses some notes of acacia flowers.

EXAMPLES OF SIDE DISHES: Ideal for seafood and chicken, but also as wine for all meal.

IDEAL TEMPERATURE: Serve at 8°C

BEST TIME TO CONSUMEE: Perfect from now
