VARIETY Tempranillo “de grano menudo” - small grane from very old vineyards.
ELABORATION Very Selected harvest, desteeming and half-crushed grapes. Controlled Temperature, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Maceration period of 22 days.
AGEING IN OAK French New Oak Barrels - 12 months.
AGEING 1 year in Bottle.
TASTING NOTES Clean and bright. Pillory red color with violet iridescence. Upper middle intense of color. Good intensity and very original aromas, with red fruit notes and wood roasted nuances that complete the original fruitiness of the grape, with good persistence. In the mouth, full-bodied wine, soft, round, well structured in its forms, well-balanced and with good durability.

TIME TO KEEP Medium term.
RECOMMENDED Wine recommended to sausages, pulses, vegetables, pasta, meats and cheeses. It supports plenty of pairings.
