MILETO YOUNG RED

The grapes used to produce this wine come from Tempranillo vines.

Grapes are destemmed and crushed and transferred to stainless steel deposits.

Controlled fermentation at 28ºC. A pneumatic press is used in the process; must is stabilized in stainless steel deposits.

TASTING NOTES
Intense blackcurrant colour. Aromas of red fruits, strawberries, raspberries and licorice.

Good entrance in the mouth, pleasant to drink with good tannins.

MILETO RED RESERVA

The grapes used to produce this wine come from hand-harvested Tempranillo and Mazuelo vines.

Grapes are destemmed and crushed and transferred to stainless steel truncated cone deposits.

Controlled fermentation at 27ºC. A pneumatic press is used in the process; must is stabilized in stainless steel deposits and subsequently aged for at least 14 months in American and French oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES
Cherry color with maroon edges.Excellent fruity expression in the nose with fine nuances of red and black fruits.Good structure in the mouth with intense fruity aromas and a long finish that combines acidity and woody notes.

MILETO LIMITED EDITION

The grapes used to produce this wine come from nearly 60-year old Tempranillo, Garnacha and Graciano vines. Grapes are hand-harvested in 15 kg plastic boxes.

Bunches are selected one by one on the grape sorting table. Afterwards, they are destemmed and crushed and transferred to stainless steel truncated cone deposits.

Controlled fermentation at 27ºC. A vertical manual press is used in the process; must is stabilized in stainless steel deposits and subsequently aged for at least 14 months in American and French oak barrels.
