Colour: Warm yellow, of good concentration, shaded with a ripe gold colour
Bouquet: Distinctive aroma, delicate and pleasant, it is easy to recognize the peach leaves, elder, nutmeg, acacia, but also white fruits, peach and tropical fruits.
Taste: Soft and harmonious palate . It has a bold ending, powerful and full of ripe fruit. Great persistence
Food Matching: It goes well with starters, with cream and vegetable soups, with shellfish, fresh tomatoes and pasta.
