Grovis

PRODUCTION ZONE: Plains and hills close to Cividale del Friuli (NE Italy)
VARIETAL: 100% Ribolla Gialla
GROWING SYSTEM: Guyot and Friulan single inverted
HARVEST PERIOD: September
WINEMAKING: A sparkling wine produced according to the Charmat method by gentle pressing of clusters at controlled temperature. Secondary fermentation is performed in pressure steel tanks with periodic remuage and long aging on yeast.
ALCOHOL: 12.00% vol.
COLOUR: Bright straw yellow colour with greenish streaks.
TASTING NOTES: Persistent foam, with fine and continuous perlage. Fragrant, floral and fruity essence with tenuous hints of white flowers, hawthorn and green apple on a delicate background of yeasts. The taste is round, slightly aromatic with a citrus hue and a salty and intriguingly aromatic finish.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 4-5 ° C
SUGGESTED PAIRING: A classic aperitif perfect to pair with entrées, but it also matches well fish appetizers either warm and cold. Ideal for serving with shellfish and seafood or delicate cheeses. Great along the whole meal.

Prosecco

PRODUCTION ZONE: Plains and hills close to Cividale del Friuli (NE Italy)
VARIETAL: 100% Glera
GROWING SYSTEM: Double Guyot
HARVEST PERIOD: September
WINEMAKING: After the gentle crushing of the whole grapes the must is statically cold decanted leaving it then to ferment at controlled temperature of 15°C. Once the fermentation is completed follows a slow aging period “sur lies” in glass-lined cement tanks and the “prise de mousse” by charmat process in sealed steel tanks under controlled temperature for 50 days.
ALCOHOL: 11.50% vol.
COLOUR: Light straw yellow with brilliant deep green hues thanks to the fine and persistent perlage.
TASTING NOTES: Very wide, intense and well balanced. A burst of flower sensations with notes of acacia blossom, golden apple, pink grapefruit and a slight mineral trace. On the palate it is elegant and subtle bringing flower and fruit sensations; excellent perlage, creamy and velvety making a lively sparkling wine.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 4 – 5 ° C
SUGGESTED PAIRING: Quite versatile, suits well any basic fish recipes, cold and light entrées. Excellent as aperitif, suitable to all occasions of gatherings and feast; also ideal accompanying the whole meal.

ALCOHOL: 13,00% vol.
COLOUR: Straw yellow with greenish hues.
TASTING NOTES: The grape that expresses the territory better than any other! Renowned for its splendid characteristic bouquet that bring back memories of warm lime-tree honey, white flowers and pear. A balanced flavour, where the captivating softness is completed by lively taste and freshness. Typically it finishes with a subtle note of bitter almonds and pronounced minerality.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12 ° C
SUGGESTED PAIRING: Classic aperitif wine for appetizers made with fish or sausage, this wine is unsurpassed when paired with S. Daniele ham, but also fits well rich fresh cheeses.

SUGGESTED PAIRING: Especially suitable for fish starters, pasta dishes or creamed vegetables, boiled fish or cold white meats.

Refosco dal p.r.

PRODUCTION ZONE: Plains and hills close to Cividale del Friuli (NE Italy)
VARIETAL: 100% Refosco dal peduncolo rosso
GROWING SYSTEM: Guyot and Friuli single inverted
HARVEST PERIOD: September
WINEMAKING: The grapes are gently desteemed before crushing. The must thus obtained is left to ferment together with the skins at controlled temperature with frequent pumping over in order to extract color and flavour. After racking, aging takes place in glass-lined cement tanks.
ALCOHOL: 12.50% vol.
COLOUR: Intense ruby red tending to purplish.
TASTING NOTES: Intense and pleasant, with great elegance, and personality showing the typical flavors of the varietal. Vinous and fruity fragrances with notes of blackberry, blackcurrant and blueberry; subtle hints of green pepper are also noticed. On the palate it is soft and dry with vinous flavours and lively tannins.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18 ° C
SUGGESTED PAIRING: Stuffed quail, shin of pork, meats on a skewer, a good pairing for game or casserole.

The cellar: technology among the vineyards.
Design, architecture and technology

The vinification cellar is the heart of Altùris, the safe of our Wines. We wanted it to be made in a hollow, at the base of the heights: in this high-tech structure of top design, our grapes are converged. The production is set for 70 percent to whites and 30 percent to reds.

The tasting room:
100% privacy, 100% relax.
 
The tasting room at Altùris, on the upper level of the wine-shop located in our estate, is a space which have been specifically designed for a relaxed and private wine tasting. You can use it independently, or you can share it with us, if you wish to know more about our production philosophy.
