Name of vineyard: Arbiano
Vine cultivation technique: Guyot with a single fruit
Soil composition: Tufaceous with calcareous layers
Vintage: Mid-September / End of September
Grapes: Grignolino 100%
Winemaking: In stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature with a medium-long maceration of the skins.
Alcoholic Content: 13,5% Vol.
Serving Temperature: 18° C
Bottle: Bordolese
Colour: Ruby-red with a tendency towards garnet
Bouquet: Spicy and intense; dry, balanced and slightly tannic. It is a young wine with a hint of red berries.
Pairings: It’s a bridge-wine, it goes well with the whole meal. Ideally, it pairs with rich, fatty dishes and with the typical ‘panissa’ dish of Vercelli, fritto misto and vittel tonné.

Pairings: It is a wine for every meal, it goes well with fatty dishes, salami and cheese.

Grapes: Chardonnay 100%
Winemaking: The grapes are softly pressed in a pneumatic press, the must is decanted and, once clear, it is put in tanks to ferment at 16° C.
Alcoholic Content: 13% Vol.
Serving Temperature: 12° C
Bottle: White Bordolese
Colour: Straw yellow
Bouquet: Flowery scent, a characteristic dry and savoury taste with good acidity and structure.
Pairings: This wine is ideal with light hors d’oeuvres, fois gras, ripe cheese, egg dishes, grilled or fried fish. Served fresh, it is also perfect as an aperitif wine.

Soil composition: Calcareous with tufaceous layers
Vintage: End of August / Beginning of September
Grapes: Glera 50%, Chardonnay 50%
Winemaking: The grapes are gently pressed and the must is left to decant. The first fermentation takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 15 degrees in order to maintain the freshness of the bouquet. When the fermentation ends, the Charmat method begins: the wine is placed in an autoclave for the prise de mousse.
Alcoholic content: 12% Vol.
Colour: Straw yellow with greenish hues
Aroma: Elegant and well balanced with a distinctive taste. Pleasantly savory with a particularly fine and persistent perlage.
