Barbera d'Asti DOCG - Le Pole

The ruby red colour and the very winy aroma are its main traits. With fruity notes of blackberry and cherry when it is young, while ageing it develops a bouquet, always winy, but more structured and rounded. It can perfectly accompany red meat, poultry and game and it is the indispensable partner of Monferrato’s dishes, first of all the bagna càuda. Recommended serving temperature 18°C.

Piemonte doc Barbera In Origine - Organic & Vegan

We cultivate our vines using natural products such as sulphur, copper and pyrethrins. The grapes are all organic. The wine has no added sulphites and is fermented with natural yeasts.  We also chose a lightweight glass bottle, 100% cotton label and a screw top cap in order to produce less CO2.
In addition since 2015 InOrigine is Vegan certified as no animal products are used to make this wine.
Ruby red colour, vinous, hints of ripe fruit, a dry taste with a fine, intense aroma, moderate acidity and a full body. It can go perfectly well with red meat, pizza and pasta. To be served at 18°C.

Barbera d'Asti DOCG Superiore - Magister

This wine is the result of a painstaking selection of grapes from the best Barbera vineyards of Nizza Monferrato. A product which deserves the label “Superiore” just because of being matured for 6 months in large oak barrels. For this reason, to the superb characteristics of the Barbera d’Asti of Cantina di Nizza are added the intense hints of nuts that blend with its winy aroma, composed and ongoing, marked by a characteristic and unmistakable note of cherry. Perfect with meat-based dishes. To be served at 18°C.

Nizza docg - Ceppi Vecchi - NEW APPELLATION!

Nizza docg is a Barbera d’Asti Superiore produced in a restricted area including 18 municipalities around Nizza Monferrato, considered the area of excellence for Barbera d’Asti production. Since vintage 2014 (available from 1st July 2016), this subzone has received its own appellation: Nizza Docg, the geographic name substitutes the grape variety: tradition, culture and unique terroir merged in a short distinguish name.
Ceppi vecchi is the gift offered by the old vineyards, carefully selected, on the best hills in Nizza’s delimited area. Maturation for 12 months in French-oak barrels and a final ageing in the bottle for at least six months give wonderful garnet red reflexes to this wine. A well balanced and never aggressive bouquet, reveal ripe fruit, liquorice and vanilla sensations.
A great wine for roast meat and game. Recommended serving between 18°-20°C.
