Cantina Tre Secoli was born from the union between two great Piedmontese wine cooperatives:
Cantina Sociale di Mombaruzzo, built in 1887 as the first wine association of Piedmont, and the Cantina Sociale di Ricaldone, with 60 years of historyThe numbers behind this new reality are important:
- more than 450 member vine cultivators
- over 1200 hectares of vineyards of which 440 planted with moscato vines, 340 with barbera vines and 160 dedicated to brachetto vines making Cantina Tre Secoli the first processor of grapes in the Piedmont region
- The Cellar has a capacity of over 180,000 hectoliters
Well armed thanks to its structure the Cantina Tre Secoli has been accredited as a major Piedmontese wine producer of prestigious wines all highly important for the Italian wine scene as such as Moscato d'Asti, Brachetto d'Acqui and Barbera d'Asti.
