Tracking down the secret
Those who seek will find it. Rosoretto, the historically most important Borgata Parussi vineyard, with the unique vitality. It is to be found 12 km from Alba, in the Municipality of Castiglione Falletto, at the heart of the Barolo region.
The name “Rosoretto” derives from the rose garden that was originally planted on the site. To this day, roses continue to ornament the authentically-restored Cantina.
The unique vineyard on the traditional cru location Parussi resembles an amphitheatre. The associated microclimate is unique even in the Barolo region, and is therefore particularly well-suited for growing vines.
At the centre of the vineyard is the energy
At the centre of the Vineyard Rosoretto stands a fountain, created this year by the artist Carlo Minelli from Davos. This work of art symbolises the symbiosis of the natural environment and its unique cycle.
Those who look carefully will read the history of wine in this, and those who open their hearts will be able to feel the energy. The water, the earth, the sun and the sky. At this location they are always all in harmony with the natural environment.
