Davila gets its name from the founder of the winery, Carlos Gómez Davila, who decided to create Adegas Valmiñor in 1997, and revive the traditional Rías Baixas know how.
It is a coupagge of three varieties, 85% Albariño, 10% Loureiro and 5% Treixadura.
It presents yellow lemon colour, clean and bright with steely details.
On the nose it shows a wide and complex range of spring-flower aromas, highlighting notes of pineapple and mango.
It is velvety and fresh, with a good structure. It passes with delicacy filling the palate with a complex blend of tropical fruits intermingled with aromatic herbs.
