Cerro de la Retama 2013
Grape varieties: 25 % Tempranillo, 52 % Cabernet Sauvignon and 23 % Merlot. Each grape variety was vinified separately before maturing for 16 months in french an american barriques.
Fine notes of red fruit preserves with a hint of vanilla. On the palate black currant and blackberries with a smoky and herbal texture. Distinct but soft tannins with elegant acidity, balanced structure with elegance, complexity and minerality.
