Born at Château de Laubade, the Lesgourgues vineyards represent today an ensemble of five prestigious estates, from the Bas Armagnac to Madiran, from Bordeaux to the heart of the Graves.
"Everything started in 1974, when our grandfather, Maurice Lesgourgues, discovered Château de Laubade: it was love at first sight. He knew straight away that everything was assembled to offer the best of Armagnac: a Chateau filled with history, a unique “terroir” in Bas-Armagnac and brandies remarkably well kept. Today, we are pursuing the path traced over the past three generations by our father Jean-Jacques: a sustainable agriculture respecting the biodiversity, a quality follow-up through product authenticity and respect of the terroirs. Our mission is to produce high quality wines and armagnacs. Furthermore, our ambition is to respond to client’s demands as well as current and future consumers’ expectations". Arnaud and Denis Lesgourgues.
Owners of 230 hectares and producers of high quality wines, the Lesgourgues vineyards directly market their armagnacs and wines in France, but also in over 45 countries across the 5 continents through LEDA (Laubade Et Domaines Associés), a company dedicated to the distribution and promotion of their products and brands.
Tradition & Innovation

The wine cellars of each property is provided with the most modern equipment in order to guarantee a perfect hygiene during vinification and ageing, as well as to optimise the quality during transformation of the grapes, through temperature control, field by field wine vats, tanks for skin contact maceration, air conditioned cellars and stores and also through the renewal of barrels each year…
