Spumante Brut VSQ – Metodo Charmat

Sparkling wine made from Erbaluce grapes harvested with slight advance, selected in the vineyard for their freshness and acidity.

Yellow Straw with greenish highlights. Excellent brilliance. Very fine pelage, delicate and persistent.
Intense bouquet with floral hints and bread crust. The taste is live, fresh, with good acid-sweet balance.

PAIRINGS:
Ideal as an aperitif or throughout a meal with seafood and shellfish in General.

Barbaresco D.O.C.G.

Between the municipalities of Treiso, Neive, Barbaresco and Alba we produce the Barberesco wine, one of the greatest expressions of the Piedmont Nebbiolo.
From the Neive warm fronts, the Nebbiolo region provides us with a wine that has a fruity-alcoholic flavor; it is dynamic characterized by a pairing of tannic and acidic flavor that gives the wine a prolonged taste. The aftertaste is rich and complex.
PAIRINGS:
Great with wild meats, especially with roast and stew. Serve at 64F.
TIP:
Jugged hare (lepre in Salmí) – Barbaresco 2008.

Barbera d’Asti Superiore D.O.C.G

With its classic character, plum. Then jam and vanilla, ripe fruit tones and smoked. Delicate to nose how powerful in mouth: body and sweetness that blend with the sour mood typical of Barbera. Long final.

Pairings
:
The classic Piedmont meat dishes are boiled and stir-fry in the traditional Piedmont culinary practice. Serving temperature around 64F.

Our Winery
This is how Tenuta Roletto was birth, in Cuceglio, among the Green Canavese morainic hills in the North Piedmont. These lands gave birth to our history, to our vineyards, to our wines: Erbaluce, ancient and native vine that thanks to it’s flexibility express itself in a great way both as still wine and Passito or Metodo Classico.
Don’t forget the great red wines of the territory:

that, thanks to an ever more accurate selection of the grapes, are re-proposed in a new version by the great balance and structure.
The company and its estate develop in the plains of Canavese. The production is home based, in addition to the buying of grapes from partners, carefully checked and certified by our staff, to reach ambitious goals in the Canavese wine.
Tenuta Roletto is a place of study and research undertaken in recent years also, which sees the cooperation with Politecnico di Milano and University of Torino, aimed at enhancing the Erbaluce vine.
