Harewood Mount Barker Riesling 2016

Harewood Estate wines showcase the diverse and spectacular Great Southern region. The estate vineyards are complimented by those managed to owner and winemaker James Kellie's specifications across this dynamic region. James' elegant and pure wine style reflects the pristine, un-spoilt nature of his back yard.

Harewood Mount Barker Riesling 2016

The grapes for the Harewood Estate Mount Barker Riesling are sourced from a single vineyard in the Mount Barker subregion in the Great Southern of Western Australia.

Only the finest pristine free-run juice is used in the production of this wine, resulting in a palate of outstanding finesse, free from the harsh, phenolic characters and deeper colours associated with grape pressings. A brilliant, exceptionally pale straw colour with youthful green tinges on release. The wine exhibits intense floral, citrus and talc notes enhanced by an underlying spicy vibrancy. Initial flavours of passionfruit and mandarin are followed with a spicy mid-palate with hints of nectarine, and finishing with classic mouth-watering citrus. The fine structure is testament to the care taken during the production.

A.T Richardson Chockstone Shiraz Grampians Victoria 2015

Adam Richardson has finally returned home to Australia, having worked for almost two decades in California. A.T. Richardson Wines is all about family grown fruit from the vineyard he has been quietly planting over the last ten years. Sitting on a slope off an ironstone rich ridge in Armstrong, in the sub-region of Great Western in the Grampians, the vineyard is planted mostly to Shiraz and Riesling.

A.T. Richardson Chockstone Shiraz 2015

The Chockstone Shiraz is known for its complex layers of flavours, nicely balanced natural acidity, and fine tannins.
A deep garnet colour, the Chockstone Shiraz displays an abundance of black and white pepper spices intertwined with a range of rich and ripe berry fruits. Notes of black cherries, cassis, dark chocolate and even hints of smoked meats add rich complexity to a central theme of spiciness.

Highgate Orange Chardonnay New South Wales 2016

Highgate wines were inspired by the namesake hilltop suburb of London, and the traditional swearing by the horns when entering its pubs. They represent what we consider contemporary Antipodean classics - much loved varieties from regions they grow particularly well in, and made by people who love them.

Highgate Orange Chardonnay 2016

The grapes used for this wine were grown in the lower reaches (650 meters above sea level) of the high altitude, cool climate Orange region of New South Wales. The final wine is a blend of grapes from younger and older vines in the same vineyard.

An inviting brilliant pale straw colour with fresh aromas of white and yellow stone fruit, and some notes of citrus fruit. The palate shows generous ripe fruit flavours, supported by subtle oak influences that is round and textured, and a finish with a lively touch of grapefruit.
