Chianti Classico DOCG
Perfect accompaniment to Tuscan cured meats, fresh pasta dishes, ribollita soup. Ideal match with grilled meats and cheeses

Composition:
95% Sangiovese
5% Colorino

Color: Deep ruby red with violet hints. This characteristic is given to the remaining of the skins during the fermentation process for a longer period.

Perfume: The vinification technique enhances the intense fruity aromas. In particular, matur fruit as such morello cherry and plum with delicate durmast hints.

Taste: Full-bodied and thick, it is characterized by a generous tannin which becomes softer. The result is a fruit taste such as cherry and other red berries.

Taste: Velvety and harmonious, it has a great body to the palate and an excellent balance between acidity and not astringent tannins with higher alcohol
