Franciacorta Brut Millesimato

The Millesimato is the masterpiece of our company, it is a production on which much care and attention is lavished, requiring a base wine selection “at the source” to guarantee maximum quality, taste and class. It is for this reason that the personality and taste of these dated reserve wines change from year-to-year, reflecting more than other Franciacorta wine the climatic conditions of a given year and the unique qualities of grapes from that year’s harvest. The vintage year of these wines is shown on the label. It is a perfect accompaniment to all fine dishes.

Color: Bright straw yellow with intense gold highlights.

Scent: Its flavor is more complex, layered and full-bodied than the simple Brut. The bouquet is elegant, wide, appealing and intense, jumping out of the glass, reminiscent of ripe white fruit, honey and citrus flowers.

Taste: Abundant perlage and foam in pearl filaments, small bubbles slowly rising and crowning the glass with a thick, almost creamy, persistent texture.

Temperature: It is recommended as an aperitif and throughout the meal. Serve at 8-10°, cooled in a bucket with ice and water.

Alcool: 12,5 - 13,5%
Acidity: 6,6 g/l

About us

Company details

The Castelveder estate produces 80,000 bottles with grapes from vineyards that still retain their name: Ronco del Castellotto, la Madonna della Rosa, the Palazzina and the Cilinder, the Nulli and the Guast and Capelét.

Bunches of Pinot and Chardonnay from meaty transparency, Merlot, Barbera; Cabernet and Nebbiolo allow Castelveder to have a raw material of the highest quality.

The history of a company is the story of the people who conduct it, it's the story of Renato and Elena Alberti, that in 1975, convinced that the secret of bubbles were in their land, planted with confidence the first rooted.

The result of this adventure are masterpieces of harmony, carved by nature, tradition, from uncertainties, attempts and research, by constancy and patience to get the best. Creators of this earned success, Tiziano Franchi with the consulting of the wine expert Teresio Schiavi.

The style of Castelveder is a mix of youth and old age, it's  a family continuity fostered by a real culture of "transmit".

Elena and Renato values were collected from their granddaughter Camilla that leads the company today.
