Az. Agr. CROSAROLA is located in the heart of Valpolicella, in Casterna district of Fumane, the Crosarola company is a young company with behind a solid family tradition of viticulture and wine production in small quantities for the family needs.
Since 2000 Sebastiano Righetti took over the baton from his father and maternal grandfather and personally cultivates its vineyards, hills and all places in the municipality of Fumane, in the area historically known for the quality that they have given the grapes: area, below range , Casterna, Creari. The soils are mainly limestone -cartacei, medium texture in Sotto and Casterna .Creari Campo and in fact a word of Veronese dialect that indicates a particular type of yellow clay.
The grapes grown are typical (native) of Valpolicella: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara, Oseletta. To these are added a few rows of Cabernet Sauvignon and Rebo, a Trentino vine, born from 'cross between Teroldego and Merlot.
The agronomic experience Sebastiano allows the cultivation of vineyards traditional but with a focus on environmental care.
