Total acidity: 5,0 g/l

DESCRIPTION
Crisp yellow color with golden reflexes. Delicate and finely persistent fragrance reminiscent of Bartlett pears. Dry, harmonious, and full.

FOOD RECOMMENDATIONS
Given the structure, which is due to a limited production, and the elegance, due to the alpine terroir, it is excellent with fish, but also with white meat, poultry, and cheese.

MASETTO DORÉ

VARIETAL PROFILE

Chardonnay 100%.

LOCATION

The hills of Pressano, Trentino

 VINEYARD

The origins of this wine are the thirty-year old vines from the hills above the village of Pressano. Thanks to the excellent West facing vineyard and the great sun exposure, the grapes reach perfect maturity. The special nature of the soil was analyzed as part of the project #Rocciamadre, thanks to Endrizzi’s close cooperation with the scientific museum "MUSE".
Thanks to its unique position, the low yield and the refreshing ventilation from the Ora winds from Lake Garda, Masetto Doré becomes an elegant and fine wine.

 YIELD PER HECTARE

50 Hl.

Masetto Doré  is produced entirely from perfectly ripe and hand-picked grapes. If necessary, the hand-selected grapes are cooled down to 12-14 ° C before the pressing.

PRODUCTION

After gentle pressing, the must ferments in French oak barrels and Hungarian acacia Batonnage is performed weekly until the end of December. After aging in oak, the wine matures in the bottle for nine months.

About us

Company details

Cantina Endrizzi has been producing Trentino wines since1885. It can pride itself of a long history, made of passion and of people who believed in their work and in the land. Over the course of time, besides the vineyards Pian di Castello, Masetto, and Kinderleit, all located in San Michele all’Adige, the Endrizzi family decided to also dedicate its enological knowledge to the production of Tuscan wines.

Over time, the cantina has opened its premises to the public, becoming an elegant location for events and a setting for sommeliers courses, for special moments like wine tastings, dinners, and weddings. The old halls of the Bottaia and, on the milder days, the pergola of vines surrounding the cantina’s suggestive old group of buildings are an ideal setting and backdrop for any of these occasions.

Endrizzi wines and Culinaria products can be purchased at the Enoteca, open daily except on Tuesdays.
