The land on which the vineyard is situated has medium consistency characteristics with a high proportion of clay-limestone content; situated at an altitude between 200 and 260 metres above sea level facing east/southe- ast.

The harvest took place during the first days of October.
The collection is made strictly by hand placing the grape bunches in small crates weighing 12 kg each.
The grapes are carefully selected by hand on long sorting tables.
The grapes reach the vats by natural gravity flow: where the must concludes the fermentation, macerating on the skins for approximately a month without temperature control or the addition of selected yeasts.
The wine evolves, on its fine lees, for 12 months in small tonneaux barrels in French oak. Aged in the bottle for 6 months.

The wine is a brilliant ruby red and excellent transparency. One denotes the perfume of raspberries, mulberries and wild cherries with a scent of vanilla, ginger and a nuance of star aniseed. The taste is fragrant, delicate, lightly minted, vibrant and airy; With only one sip, which is so gratifying, it begs for yet another.
It is perfectly suited to white meats and game: lamb chops, rabbit fricassee, chicken chasseur.
