B\V wine-making company was established in september 2012. Founders are Zdeněk Bábíček, a passionate wine-lover, and Petr Vacenovský, a winemaker.
Aim of the wine-making company is to produce high-quality attributive wines made of grapes, grown on historically renowned vineyards of great location in Czech Republic, enabling them to get their uniqueness and non-repeatability.
57- hectare vineyards, under full supervision of growing, are situated in vineyard locality Hrubé pole and Náklo (wine-producing village Ratíškovice) and Úlehle (wine-producing village Mutěnice) in wine region Moravia, subregion Slovácká. The landscape is gently undulated with an altitude of 210-260 m above sea level with exposure to south (Hrubé Pole) and Southwest (Úlehle).
VARIETY OF WINE
Varieties for white wines are mainly represented by Riesling, Welschriesling, Sylvaner, Neuburger, Grüner Veltliner, Malvasier, it is also Chardonnay and Pinot Gris from Burgundy varieties. Vineyards offer Moravian Muscat, Traminer, Sauvignon and Müller Thurgau as representative of aromatic varieties.
High-quality Pinot Noir, Lemberger, Zweigeltrebe, Nitra, Neronet, André, Saint Laurent and Blauer Portugieser are used for the production of rosé and red wines.
