Jacquart Brut Mosaïque

The vineyards cultivated by our winemakers cover 2,400 ha spread over sixty crus, that is to say, sixty villages throughout the Champagne area – what a mosaic!

It’s within this large range of sites in Champagne that our winemaker draws together the different shades through careful assemblage, creating a cuvée that is ethereal and which seduces lovers of JACQUART.

Brut Mosaïque is a wine for all times, sharing the pleasures of daily life, celebrating good news, and friends that pop round unexpectedly – this is the champagne you always have in the fridge.

«Our Brut Mosaïque elegantly shows the uniqueness of our style, expressing the result of selection and choices without compromise.»
Floriane Eznack

THE FACTS

A blend where Chardonnay is the dominant grape variety (35%-40%), giving Brut Mosaïque its freshness and delicate aromas.
Pinot Noir (30%-35%) adds structure and Pinot Meunier (25% -30%) brings fruit. The grapes are sourced from exceptional terroirs, including the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. The presence of 25% reserve wine ensures regularity of style, while more than three years ageing and a light dosage of 10 g/l result in a balanced and complex champagne.

THE LOOK

Pale yellow with tints of white gold and a stream of fine bubbles.

THE NOSE

Aromas of fresh pear, fig and almond, with hints of orange flower. A light swirl of the glass brings out richer notes of honey and freshly baked bread.

THE FLAVOUR

Fresh and supple. Full, with a long fruity finish.

THE TIME AND THE PLACE

Anytime! Day or night, as an aperitif or with fish or cheese. For a special occasion or for sharing with friends, Brut Mosaïque makes the moment.

Jacquart Extra Brut Mosaïque

Within the range of JACQUART wines, Extra Brut is unexpected, a wine for lovers of champagne and wine

enthusiasts. The low dosage (less than 4 g/l of sugar) allows the quality of the wines that makes up the assemblage to reveal their purity and richness. This is a Champagne for the connoisseurs; bright, carved like a jewel, revealing its authenticity and audacious flavours. Upon opening, the wine displays mineral notes of chalk, with flavours of citrus and pastries following on the palate.

«The Extra Brut Cuvée differs from Brut Mosaïque as it only has a minimal dosage and reveals the care needed during assemblage.»
Floriane Eznack

THE FACTS

With less than 4 g/l of sugar, Extra Brut demands the highest skill in blending, vinification and ageing. The cuvée contains a high percentage of Chardonnay (35%-40%), as well as Pinot Noir (30%-35%) and Pinot Meunier (25%-30%). Five years cellar-ageing results in a fine balance between freshness and maturity.

THE LOOK

Very fine bubbles. Brilliant golden yellow colour.

THE NOSE

Aromas of fresh pear, fig and almond, with hints of orange flower. A light swirl of the glass brings out richer notes of honey and freshly baked bread.

THE FLAVOUR

Fresh and supple. Full, with a long fruity finish.

THE TIME AND THE PLACE

A sophisticated aperitif and an excellent partner to dishes such as a seafood plateau, carpaccio of scallops or sushi rolls. A delicious partner for cheese such as Beaufort and Chaource or Langres from the Champagne region.

The aromatic elegance is supported by an overhead structure. Undeniably, there is life in this wine.

«The Rosé: An apéritif for 6pm, under a blue sky with good friends a «life in pink» I love this delicious palate... Cherry, licorice, rose. Enjoy with sushi.»
Floriane Eznack

THE FACTS

Our «Brut Mosaïque in pink», this cuvée has all the hallmark Chardonnay finesse (35%- 40%), rounded out by the ripeness of the Pinot Meunier (25%-30%) and the structure of the Pinot Noir (30%-35%). The addition of Pinot Noir red wine to the blend (15% to 18%) and a light dosage (10 g/l) result in a very complete, balanced champagne.

THE LOOK

Delicate bubbles wrapped in intense salmon pink.

THE NOSE

Red berry-fruit aromas (ripe redcurrants, cherries, wild strawberries) give way to notes of plum.

THE FLAVOUR

Fresh and full. Fine finish with surprising notes of peach and apricot.

About us

Company details

From the founders to the developers… Since 1964, the passion and commitment of our winegrowers has sublimated the terroir and created wines in their image. From the vines through to the cellars, it is their love for their craft and their shared passion that unites the men and women of Jacquart. They were thirty or so in number in the beginning, brought together by the pairing formed by Maurice Bonet, who was quite naturally to become President, and Director Joseph Fresne. They had the Jacquart name protected and registered the emblem of Renown on Pegasus as the symbol of the brand's dynamism. Thanks to the talent and perseverance of their successors, Champagne Jacquart has taken its place among the top ten international brands in less than half a century. A style specific to the Jacquart Cellar Masters From vintage to vintage, the Cellar Masters have succeeded each other, imposing and perpetuating the Jacquart style. They all share the same pride in taking part in this singular adventure, that of a fast-rising brand. At the end of the 1960s and then in the 70s, the Jacquart style took shape under the guiding hands of Michel Sohet then Jacques Peters. In 1979, it was Régis Camus who took over and made his mark on the quality of Jacquart Champagne. Today, Floriane Eznack perpetuates the House style.
