Brut origine

Formats : half bottle (0.375 l) - bottle (0.75 l) - magnum (1.5 l)

The judicious blending together of three grape varieties (40% Chardonnay / 30% Pinot Noir / 30% Pinot Meunier), sourced from all the property’s crus, endows this Cuvée Brut Origine with perfect balance and remarkable quality. The use of wines from 3 consecutive years also helps ensure its consistency of style.
Fruity and only very slightly dosed (sweetened), this Champagne is perfect as an aperitif where it expresses its natural character to the full.

Brut Millésimé 2011

Format : bottle (0.75 l)

Only produced in great vintage years, this Champagne is an ambassador for Mandois quality all by itself. The very elegant Brut Millésimé (Vintage Brut) is a Pinot Noir-dominated blend. This very smooth 2011 Vintage expresses the generous character of a fine, full-bodied Champagne. Much appreciated by Champagne connoisseurs, the Brut Millésimé is only slightly dosed (sweetened) due to its natural suppleness. Its solid build allows it to be enjoyed as an aperitif and paired with food.

Victor Mandois 2007

This “symphonic” Champagne is essentially composed of grapes from old vines of over 50 years of age growing in Mandois vineyards in Chouilly and Vertus. The low yields produced by these old vines provide both the structure and the balance between concentration and finesse essential to the creation of a fine Champagne. In addition, in order to develop smoothness and complexity, a proportion of the harvest is vinified in oak barrels in the traditional method used by Victor Mandois over a century ago. The tasting fully reflects the quality of this magnificent, carefully-crafted blend: the Champagne is delicate on the nose and shows a creaminess on the palate created by its very fine bubbles. It possesses perfect harmony and long-lasting flavours.

About us

Style and Philosophy
Oak ageing

A proportion of our wines, including the Grands Crus, are aged in oak “Demi- Muids" (600 l barrels) in order to mature them as gently as possible. Our expertise, handed down from generation to generation since 1735, has defined the unique, individualistic style of our Champagnes, centred on finesse and elegance. Vineyards in a perfect location, grapes produced with the greatest of care, meticulous blending work and prolonged ageing are the foundations of our philosophy.

The oenothèque
To leave our mark on history for the generations to come, we have created a fabulous oenothèque (wine cellar) beneath the village church, which constitutes the treasure chest of our independent Champagne House.
