Arnegui Arnegui red is made from Tempranillo and Garnacha. Both varieties originate from Rioja.The fresh floral notes of the Garnacha grapes, sourced from low yield vineyards, blend well with the ripe fruit of the Tempranillo grapes, resulting in a complex yet sweetly full-bodied wine.

Elegance and poise is the hallmark of wines made here. Tasting NotesDeep cherry red in colour with purple tones. The bouquet is a luscious, fruity scent of sweet cherries and raspberries. The aromas are mirrored on the palate, with additional hints of violet and licquorice. Beautifully soft, harmonious tannins and subtly sweet, spicy notes linger on the finish.
Food PairingA good companion to rice dishes, pasta with red sauce, grilled meats and braised shoulder of lamb.

Technical InformationThe grapes are harvested at optimal maturity. A period of cold maceration (48-72 hours) follows to extract the colour of the skins and the fruit aromas. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks takes place at a low temperature 21-23ºC over period of 8-10 days.

Technical InformationThe carefully selected handpicked grapes are harvested at their optimum ripeness before embarking on a 10 day maceration process. Must is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (21- 23 ºC) for 10 to 12 days.
