The winery can be found on the Dehesa de Fuentes de Duero estate, an extraordinary and picturesque natural landscape in Tudela de Duero region (Valladolid) where the river Duero flows.
This place boasts a long crop and livestock farming and hunting tradition (since 1473) within the privileged surroundings of the “Ribera del Duero” and “Canal del Duero”, a habitat of exceptional value for such wildlife species.
This space of incredible natural beauty and value is home to both the vineyards and the winery.
A commitment was made in 1982 by Társila Fernández to revive the old dream and recover the wine-making tradition that once thrived at Dehesa de Fuentes de Duero. The most suitable plots of land were reconverted into vineyards.LOCATION

The Tarsila winery is committed to obtaining the highest quality and this begins with the grape harvest.
Strict controls in order to ascertain the level of maturity of the grapes indicate the date for the commencement of the grape picking.
The vineyards of the winery ensure a production enough for obtaining about 50000 bottles of wine from plants which are treated with the greatest care as well ecological respect. The grape harvest is gathered by hand and the grapes are transported in perforated, stackable boxes with a 14 kilo capacity which ensures that they arrive at the winery in perfect condition.
Once at the winery, the best grapes are selected manually, bunch by bunch, as they pass along the selection belt.
Those which fail to reach our demanding standards of quality are rejected.
We have tried to produce a different wine at Bodega Társila, shying away from the classic results to come up with something in which the harmony between fruit and wood represents a balance that is capable of conquering the palate of all wine lovers. It is a wine to be enjoyed and impresses all who try it.
Tarsila aims to be an expressive wine, elegant in nature, where one glass encourages another. Our wines are included among those in the Wines from the Lands of Castile and Leon Protected Denomination of Origin.RATINGS / AWARDS:> 90 JAMES SUCKLING
