FONTE DO OURO

History Pre-fermentative skin contact, after pressing the clear juice fermented at 14ºC. After fermentation, the wine was kepted in the vats for 2 months with batonage

Viticulture Colour: Pale bright green / Aroma: Very aromatic. Stand the tree fruits such as apple, pear and peach / Palate: Fresh, mineral, white and yellow fruit with a good mouth structure / Tasting note: Persistent and freshness

Enology Serve it at 12ºC. Goes well as a starter, seafood and grilled fish.

ENCOSTA DA VINHA

History Cold skin contact for 2 days, followed by a 5-day fermentation with maceration.

Viticulture Colour: Bright ruby / Aroma: Red fruit / Palate: Bodied and smooth, confirming the fruit aroma, with an attractive freshness sensation / Tasting note: Very smooth and pleasant

Enology Serve between 16 and 18ºC. Goes well with red or white grilled meat, pasta, spicy dishes or medium-strength cheeses.

History After destalking, the grapes stay in cold skin contact for 8 hours. The free run juice is carefully fermented at 14ºC for 20 days.

Viticulture Colour: Raspberry pink colour / Aroma: Exuberance marked by the red fruit, like ripe raspberries and strawberries / Palate: Good mouth volume, fresh, confirming the ripe fruits / Tasting note: Smooth, pleasant and long

Enology Serve between 10 and 12ºC as appetizer. Goes well as a starter, with pastas, salads, herby mediterranian food, asian food.
