Munich, February 18, 2014 – Soul Vine (www.soulvinewine.com), the Italy-based wine representation agency, today announced having added the award-winning, organic winery CorteBianca to its portfolio of family-owned estate wineries. CorteBianca, a certified organic producer, adheres to the strictest guidelines of biodiversity in their 4.5 hectare vineyard, hand-picks all grapes and carries out their vinification in a cellar that was built according to the principles of eco-architecture. Their sparkling wines are of exceptional quality and were given 82 points by Tom Stevenson of Christie’s World Encyclopedia of Champagne & Sparkling Wine. Soul Vine will be presenting a total of 45 wines from 11 producers at this years’ ProWein at the Organic Wine Booth in Hall 6, on Stand 1B01, Desks 10-11.
